I'm not exactly thrilled about it.
But I found out my gorgeous Joshua is being sent to Qatar for 6 months.
I know it's most likely the safest part of the Middle East to be sent to, but I still don't like it.
No mom wants her soldier son being sent off.
It's hard letting go!
Even though I will worry while he's away, I'm so proud of him for being in the Air Force and for defending our Country. Though I have no idea what Qatar has to do with the USA...
It must be really hard. My "Aunty"s (Mum's best friend) son was in Iraq on and off for a few years. She was skin and bones with nerves. He has left the army now after ten years with a wealthy of experiences and excitement for civilian life. Hope your boy is sent with a good group of mates to share it all with.

Oh my heart goes out to you Tammy. I can't imagine what it must be like to see your son sent abroad on behalf of his country. My prayers are with him for a safe return and for your family too.
