A warm winter day in Texas

I don't know the exact temperature. But I'm guessing its about 65 or 70 degrees. We do have cold days... But not too many.

So I took the kids to the park... They chose to dig in the sand at the volley ball pits instead of play on the playground... Andy & Hannah invited school friends along and Guinevere, my spunky niece was with us, I say spunky because she has the biggest funniest personality! She's absolutely lovely... I'm sure after playing all the children will have sand in all of their crevices!!

Hannah and her friend wanted to go to the store "Justice for girls"
To get BFF necklaces... Hannah got blue... her friend got pink... and we found this great recycled bracelet made from soda pop tops!

Oh and last but not least... This candy I found today cracked me up! Peas and Carrots!

Tomorrow I have the day off. The kids are home from school too, it will be a chill out day! Its Martin Luther King Jr's birthday in the States!

I'm sorry if the photos look all wonky, I'm blogging from my phone:).

I hope you have a great week...
